Apparel Warranty Policy

AFTCO apparel products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty is applicable to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For warranty evaluation, please follow the instructions below to submit a warranty claim.

Items accepted for warranty claims are required to be cleaned prior to shipment. Items will be returned and unprocessed if not adequately cleaned prior to shipment.

Tackle Warranty Policy

AFTCO believes our tackle products should be supported by a warranty of equal or better quality. If your AFTCO tackle fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace the product regardless of age. Normal wear, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Products must be returned to AFTCO with proof of purchase along with written explanation of the defect to be considered for replacement. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer service team with a description and photos that clearly depict the reason for your claim. An RMA# and shipping label will be issued so the item(s) can be returned to AFTCO. It may take up to 2 weeks to receive a response. If the claim is approved, we will send out a replacement. If the claim is denied, we will contact you with a reason and return the original item(s).

AFTCO is not liable for lost packages. Proof of purchase and RMA# is required prior to returning item(s) to AFTCO. If unable to reach customer via email or phone within 60 days from the last point of contact, the warranty claim will be considered abandoned and item(s) will be returned to original shipping address.
